Le Couvent Cuisine de Saison is a unique culinary experience on the Acadian Peninsula. Our modern gourmet bistro has been open since May 2021.

Its location, in the past, was for breeding and agriculture in order to supply the sick of the Ste-Famille convent. It is with this in mind that we have kept the name and the foundations of this historic event. 

Our menu was created by a chef of Acadian origin who lived in Montreal. This dual identity is felt in each of his dishes, which marry a blend of Montreal's ethnicity and our traditional Acadian roots.

You will discover an amalgam of flavors giving you delicious sensations on the palate.
